Students and Alumni of 港澳宝典 can order an official 港澳宝典 transcript.

In-Person orders and pick-ups of official transcripts are available either through the online system or by coming in person to the Office of the Registrar and completing a Transcript Request Form.  Please be advised that in-person order will be processed in up to 5 business days depending upon the time of year. 

A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 is required for graduation from both degree and certificate programs. Students are required to complete at least 33 credit hours in residence (i.e. completed at NCC) within the degree programs and 15 credit hours in residence within the certificate programs. If a student believes that all requirements for a degree or certificate will be completed by the end of the fall, spring, or summer semester, he or she must apply for graduation via their My港澳宝典portal.

Students who were admitted under the GED program must apply for the equivalency diploma through the New York State Education Department in order to be subsequently awarded a degree or certificate. The Office of the Registrar can provide the application to apply for the equivalency diploma.

Apply for graduation by logging into your My 港澳宝典Portal. Review your Degree Evaluation available through your My港澳宝典Portal to insure that you have met all your degree requirements.

Deadlines for applying are as follows:

• Fall Semester Graduates 鈥� Last Monday in October;
• Spring Semester Graduates 鈥� Last Monday in February;
• Summer Semester Graduates 鈥� Last Monday in June.

The College has one Commencement Ceremony in May to recognize current Spring candidates, the previous Fall and Summer graduates. Visit Commencement for further information.

The graduation date refers to the date your degree is issued (Last Day of the Semester). The date of the Commencement ceremony is not based on the graduation date.

Students may readmit to 港澳宝典 by completing an admissions application at www.ncc.edu/admissions. If you were previously in a degree-program, and did not attend another school since leaving NCC, please complete the Returning Student application.  If you did attend another school, please complete the Transfer Student application.

Withdrawing from classes (W) is permitted after the drop/add period.

• Log into your portal account to withdraw from a class(es).
• Select Registration Information
• Then select Class Withdrawal and follow the steps.
• Once your professor has approved the withdrawal, it will be processed.

Check the for online availability to drop or withdraw as the deadlines may be different for each semester.

• Currently attending degree-seeking students must request a change of program through MyBanner in their portal.  
• Currently attending degree-seeking students interested in the Nursing program must follow the instructions on the department's website.
• Currently attending degree-seeking students interested in an Allied Health Science program must review the instructions for each area found on their web pages. 
• Currently attending non-degree stuents must apply for Admissions as a Freshman/Transfer student at www.ncc.edu/admissions. 

Effective Spring 2022, the grade for an unauthorized withdrawal has been changed to a WU from the previous UW.  Unlike the UW, the WU is not a punitive grade and does not impact your G.P.A.

港澳宝典 complies with the Solomon Amendment by releasing student recruiting information to military recruiters. Information will be released for military recruiting purposes only.  Each of the 12 eligible units within the five branches of service may request and receive recruiting information once per each term or semester. The requests must be submitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar.

As the Department of Education has determined that the Solomon Amendment supersedes most elements of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), an institution is required to release this information regardless of whether the institution includes this information in its FERPA 鈥渄irectory information鈥� list.  

The College may charge reeasonable and customary fees for fulfilling Solomon Amendment requests.  In general, no fees are charged for emailed records, unless a specialized list or mode of fulfillment is required.  Any special request fees will be assessed at the actual cost of the service.

Students are expected to attend classes beginning the first day of the session. Never attending a class will reduce the enrolled credit load, but not the tuition charges. Changes in your enrollment status could reduce or cancel your financial aid award and you will be responsible for any balance.

If you stop attending a class, it could impact your current or future aid eligibility and you will be responsible for any balance on your student account.
