In 2013, President Barack Obama signed a historic bill that strengthened the Violence
Against Women Act (VAWA). Included in the bill is the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination
Act (or Campus SaVE Act) which seeks to address the violence women face on campus:
the highest rates of stalking, the highest risk of nonfatal intimate partner violence,
and 20-25% of female students experiencing rape or attempted rape.
港澳宝典 has been awarded a Federal grant through the Office of Violence
Against Women (OVW) to assist with educating the campus community in the areas of
interpersonal violence which include:
- Sexual Assault
- Domestic Violence
- Dating Violence
- Stalking
- Consent
- Bystander Education
In compliance with Campus SaVE, VAWA and Title IX mandates, 港澳宝典
has launched a campus-wide campaign. The 鈥湼郯谋Φ銼ays NO MORE鈥 campaign represents a
turning point in our College鈥檚 handling of sexual misconduct on-campus. NCC, and other
universities and colleges across the nation, have joined the movement to raise public

violence and stalking.
At the cornerstone of this exciting campaign is the College鈥檚 . This cutting edge, video-based training platform provides vital information on Consent,
