Winterim 2025

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

Change of Plans?

If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you MUST drop your class(es) before the start of the     winterim 2025 semester at  no later than January 1, 2025, or you will be liable for tuition and fees.

You will receive a bill in the mail at the address in College records and via your 港澳宝典email if you register by December 8th. Students registering on or after December 9th will only receive a bill via student email.  All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed at . You may also access your e-bill on the payment portal.

PAYMENTS MADE WILL HOLD ALL SUBSEQUENT WINTERIM COURSE REGISTRATIONS. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED.  IT IS THE STUDENT鈥橲 RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.  

The College鈥檚 Deferred Tuition Payment Plan is not available for winter or summer sessions.

• ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. to MyNCC, and select 鈥淧ay Online.鈥� We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 
• BY MAIL: Payment by check and money order may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:

• IN PERSON: Payments can be made at the Bursar's Office.  Please check the College website for limited student service hours of operation. Cash payments may only be made in person.

If you choose not to attend the winterim session, you must drop your courses by midnight on January 1, 2025
