Fall Billing and Payment Information

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

Early registration for fall classes through August 4th 鈥� Payment due August 20th!

You will receive your Bill/Class Schedule via USPS and 港澳宝典email after July 2nd.

Change of Plans?: If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you must drop your class(es) before the start of the fall 2024 semester
Drop your classes at no later than September 2nd or you will be liable for tuition and fees.
Financial Aid Applicants:: If your bill shows any balance due, after expected financial aid is deducted from your total tuition and fees, be sure to make a payment before the due date. Your payment confirms that you definitely plan to attend. If financial aid is approved after you have paid, the College will reimburse you.

IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED. IT IS THE STUDENT鈥橲 RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.
Payment Options: Make full payment or enroll in the College鈥檚 3-part Deferred Payment Plan. Enroll online at My港澳宝典or, if mailing your payment, see the back of your bill for the payment plan application.

ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. to MyNCC, select "Financial" then 鈥淧ay Online.鈥� We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

IN PERSON: Payment may be made at the Bursar's Office. Please check the College website for limited student service hours of operation. Cash payments can only be made in person.
