¸Û°Ä±¦µä has partnered with local 4-year colleges/universities to
create the Stay on Long Island (SOLI) Scholarship for outstanding students.
SUNY ¸Û°Ä±¦µä students who obtain an Associate’s Degree with an GPA
of a 3.75 or higher are eligible to apply. At least one full tuition scholarship (with
the exception of SUNY Farmingdale) will be awarded to a SUNY ¸Û°Ä±¦µä
student who will be a May 2025 or August 2025 graduate.
SOLI scholarship recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA. Students will be required to
file a FAFSA each year they are enrolled.
The SOLI scholarships recipients must attend on a full-time basis (at least 12 credits)
as a matriculated student for consecutive fall and spring semesters. Scholarships
apply to fall and spring semesters and are limited to four consecutive semesters.
The Stay on Long Island Scholarship is applied to tuition only. The scholarship
does not apply to program fees, miscellaneous college fees, books or room and board.
SOLI applications will be available at the start of the Spring semester (early February) for Spring and Summer 2025 graduates.
