This application is for an applicant who wishes to obtain an F1 visa or status and maintain it to study in the U.S. If you wish to study at ¸Û°Ä±¦µäwith an F1 visa or status, you can proceed.
Please note that you are not allowed to attend school with a B1/B2 visa. If you are currently in the U.S. with a visa other than an F1 visa and would like to change your current status to an F1 status, you must apply for the change of status on your own. If you meet our admissions requirements, we will issue the Change of Status I-20 only. We highly recommend seeking an immigration lawyer for assistance in filing your change of status application to USCIS.

Application and/or any documents received after the deadline will be considered for the following semester.
Official college or university transcripts in a sealed envelope. Transcripts from non-U.S. schools must include a transcript evaluation completed by a professional evaluation company.
We accept credential evaluations from any of the following professional evaluation companies: NACES (e.g. ECE, Spantran, WES) and Institute of Foreign Credential Services. Our office reserves the right to request an evaluation of all foreign education credentials in order to verify documentation if deemed necessary.

If you were born on or after 1/1/1957, and are registering for six or more credits, New York State requires you to submit proof of immunization for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) in order to secure your registration for classes. You must also submit the required NYS meningitis survey.
